Since then, we have invested time in training our staff to be specialists when delivering coating solutions to our clients and on various projects. With an extensive range of engineering problems and repair solutions, our specialists offer a variety of services from internal and external damp proofing, flat roof coatings, clean room coatings and water ingress sealings to fuel tank and bund coatings.
Belzona odourless coatings are not only environmentally friendly, there are also fewer health and safety risks as a result. All coatings are supplied with a 5 year warranty and can be a cheaper alternative to completely replacing equipment and materials.
One specific project a few years back, conducted by the MA Ventures team, saw a holding tank with a number of significantly big holes in the sides. Using Belzona Supermetal, a composite giving a permanent weld type fix but without any hot works, and two coats of their Immersion Grade coating in beige and grey, we managed to get the issue fixed at the fraction of the cost of a new tank. With this project, as with the majority of cases we see, shot blasting wasn’t required due to the nature of Belzona products. A high pressure wash does the same job without the added health and safety risks and doesn’t leave you with waste to dispose of either, further benefitting the environment.
